Our guesthouse is located right in the heart of Kaprun. The romantic path, the cycle path and the cross-country trails directly pass by our house. We are also only a 5-minute walk from the town centre, yet enjoy the benefits of a very tranquil location.

Our house has cosy rooms, a quiet lounge with cable TV, an extensive sauna area and a playroom with a ball house, table tennis and various games for the children. 

When you come "home" from skiing or biking tour, we offer a lockable bike/ski room and a shoe dryer. 

The patio invites you to relax in the sunshine and your children can let off steam in the playground with swings, a trampoline and play house, or they can play table tennis in the garden. 

The "Tauern Spa Kaprun" with 20,000 m² of thermal baths, wellness and spa is just 3 minutes away. As one of our guests, you receive 10% discount here!

You can leave your car in the roofed parking space during your entire stay, and it will be protected. In winter, take the free ski bus (50 m from the house) to the ski resort. In summer, you can use all public transport in the region free of charge. 

The nearest restaurant is just 50 m away, and shops, etc. are approx. 500 m away. If you need to see a doctor, you can do so next door.
