Terms and conditions

Arrival and departure:

On the day of departure, the room will be available to you until 10 am.
We ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 11 am.

For fixed reservations, we request a deposit of EUR 150 per room on our account. We will be happy to provide you with the exact bank details when you make a fixed reservation. The reservation is only valid after a deposit has been made!


Room cancellations are only valid when made in writing. No cancellation fees up to 3 months before the start of the holiday; for cancellations made within 1 month before the start of the holiday, we charge 3 days. From
1 month before the start of your holiday, we charge 50% of the total cost. In case of early departure, the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation conditions:

The Austrian hotel regulations apply.

Travel cancellation insurance:

A hotel booking is a purchase contract. In the event of cancellation, late arrival, early departure, ... cancellation fees apply. The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply and, in the event of a short-term cancellation / no-show, we are entitled to charge up to 80% of the total cost.

With everyone, something can always come up (illness, accident, ... etc.)  Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for such cases. For this purpose, we recommend European travel insurance (your insurance advisor will be happy to advise you).
Non-smoker - smoker?

We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in our restaurant. We also ask you to only smoke on the balcony in the rooms. Smoking is not permitted in rooms that have no balcony! You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or in front of the front door.

Our rooms are suitable for people with-allergies. Therefore, please understand that pets are not allowed in the rooms.
